Fees
Development Fee is $20,000 for the first Store, and $10,000 for each subsequent Store and $5,000 for each Seasonal Store that you agree to develop.
The Initial franchise fee in the amount of $20,000 for your first Store, $10,000 for a subsequent Store and $5,000 for a Seasonal Store.

Investment
The overall investment including Franchise Fee ranges from $514,200 to $829,600 for a Honey Baked Ham Store. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Seasonal Store ranges from $167,200 to $265,600.

Successful candidates have a net worth of at least $500,000 for a single unit investment and at least $650,000 for a multi-unit.

Assets
A minimum of $250,000 for a single unit investment in liquid assets: $150,000 for invested capital and $100,000 for working capital. An additional $50,000 is required for each additional unit.
