Outside the store, HoneyBaked is a steadfast community participant. In our experience, the deeper the connection to the surrounding community, the more successful the store. Whether you prefer to hire a community liaison or make connections in your store’s neighborhood personally, you’ll want to make sure that your store is what local businesses, churches and non-profits think of when it comes to lunch out or catered in.
We’ll provide you with all the training and support you need, and you’ll have a Franchise Business Leader who will be available to answer questions, provide guidance and support.

With the exception of the holidays, most stores are open during standard business hours – no early mornings or late nights required. This allows time for family and outside community involvement.
A typical Honey Baked Ham Co.® store requires 5-10 employees — with only 2 or 3 full time during non-holiday periods.
All products, including hams, arrive at the store fully cooked. No deep fryers or greasy cooktop required!
